These terms govern your use of the Sifr Digital website at sifr-qr.com and the services offered through it. Please read them before using the site.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2. Description of services

Sifr Digital provides website and application development, visual identity design, security assessment, infrastructure, translation and proofreading, and a set of free digital tools. Paid work is defined in a separate agreement covering scope, price and timeline.

3. User accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
  • Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
  • We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation.
  • Upload harmful software or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reach parts of the system you are not authorised to access.
  • Disrupt the service or place an unreasonable load on it.

5. Intellectual property

The site's content, design and code belong to Sifr Digital unless stated otherwise. Work produced for a client under a signed agreement belongs to that client on the terms set out in the agreement, including full ownership of the source code where the agreement says so.

6. Payment and pricing

  • The digital tools on the site are free and require no payment.
  • Standard proofreading is free and delivered within 24 hours; express proofreading carries a fee confirmed with you before any work begins.
  • Prices for other services are quoted per project and set out in writing before we start.
  • No amount is charged without your explicit agreement.

7. Disclaimer

The free tools are provided as they are. Keep your own copy of any file before processing it. The security scanner gives a preliminary indication only and is not a substitute for a full assessment carried out by our team.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sifr Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its free tools. Liability for paid work is as set out in the agreement covering that work.

9. Ending the service

You may ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notifying you where circumstances allow.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. Changes are published on this page with the "last updated" date changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
